Mission

I graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD with a degree in Deaf Ed and El Ed. I taught Middle School Language Arts at the North Dakota School for the Deaf in Devils Lake for two years. Then I moved to Hastings, Nebraska where I became an Itinerant Teacher for Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing at Educational Service Unit #9.After receiving my Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, I became the supervisor for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program. I now serve as the State Liaison for Programs for Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing for the Nebraska Department of Education.
