How to Prepare

Before joining us, take a few minutes to ground yourself in the training:

• Select a short, meaningful text that is rich in vocabulary, language structure, or both

• Design a simple fluency routine that allows for re-reading or spiraled exposure over time

• Choose one skill to focus on—depth over breadth leads to lasting impact

Come ready to ask questions, talk through your thinking, and learn alongside colleagues who value intentional, research-based practice.

During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Discuss your instructional choices

• Refine your approach with guidance and peer input

• Identify clear, practical next steps you can implement right away
